How to shop
Goods are divided into categories. After clicking on a product you will see its details and you can choose your size, required quantity and then place the item into your shopping basket. After entering the shopping basket you can edit its content and then place the order by filling in your delivery details. Registration is not required to shop on our site. By placing your order you agree with our terms and conditions.
Post and delivery
We send our goods by post as cash on delivery. The price for postage within the Czech Republic is 110 CZK and 290 SK for Slovakia. Czech and Slovak orders above 4000 CZK are delivered for free. For international orders please contact us by email at info@paramisa.com and we will calculate the delivery price for you. International orders above 6000 CZK are delivered for free.
Order cancelation
If you decide to change or cancel your order contact us immediately at info@paramisa.com or telephone +420 723 939 464.
Swapping goods
If the size or colour aren't right you can swap the goods for something else. Of course only unused and not damaged items can be swapped so please make sure you try the clothes carefully before wearing them. Inform us about swaping goods first by e-mail at info@paramisa.com and after agreement send it together with the receipt and your contact details to Paramisa, Markéta Plšková, Svahová 8, 36001, Karlovy Vary.
Returning goods
As e-shop customers you have the right to return unused and not damaged goods within 2 weeks of delivery. Please send the goods, receipt and your contact details to Paramisa, Markéta Plšková, Svahová 8, 36001, Karlovy Vary. Do not send the package as cash on delivery but through normal certified post. When returning goods you can choose 2 ways of receiving your refund: 1. by postal order, 2. bank account (please include your account details in this case).
Warranty
All goods are covered by a 2 year warranty, place any warranty complaints within this period. Send only clean items, otherwise the goods will be returned without filing the complaint. Send the goods together with your receipt and covering letter (date, name, address, phone number, problem description and your signature) to Paramisa, Markéta Plšková, Svahová 8, 36001, Karlovy Vary. The complaint will be solved within 30 days from receipt of the goods.
Protection of personal data
Personal data is not shared with any third party except the delivery company and that is only for the purpose of delivery. Personal data is used only to fulfil the order and we follow the law for protection of personal details. On your request your personal data can be removed from our database.
